LIU's Library

The Libraries’ collections include more than one million items, with volumes of print material and thousands of items in extensive holdings of microforms, maps, images, musical scores, sound recordings, and videotapes.

Workshops on library resources or personal consultations on research projects can be arranged by the registrar.

International Students

There are 805 international students registered at LIU—285 undergraduates and 520 graduate students—for the current academic year.

The International Students Office provides services to meet the special needs of these students and support programs to help them fulfill their personal and academic goals.

Library at Liberty International University


Liberty International University Library offers wireless access (aka "hot spots" and "WiFi") for currently enrolled students, faculty and staff to use with their personal notebooks, laptops and other mobile devices to connect to the University network and the Internet.
The library also provides a large number of Windows PC and Macintosh computers with Internet access for currently enrolled students, faculty and staff. Library computers are available free of charge on a "first come - first served" basis. Usage is limited to one hour at peak times when other users are waiting.

Memorial Day:
All libraries will be closed on Sunday and Monday, May 24 - 25.

Commencement Day:
Library will be closed on Friday, June 5. All other libraries will be open for regular hours.

Independence Day:
All libraries will be closed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, July 3-5.

Labor Day:
All libraries will be closed on Monday, September 7.

The Liberty International University Libraries support the Institute’s programs of study and research.
